Virtual & San Francisco Financial Planning
Uncomplicated Strategies for Your Wealth Peace.
Clear financial direction you need, personalized for the life you want.
Life is rarely straightforward, and yours deserves more than a one-size-fits-all financial plan or a quick consultation that leaves you with more questions than answers. With WealthPeace®, you’re getting in-depth, unrushed financial planning that covers every area of your financial life—cash flow, retirement, investments, tax strategy, insurance, and estate planning—all coordinated under the expert guidance of Eunsoo Chung, CPA/PFS, CFP®.
We follow a proven structure to avoid gaps, but every recommendation reflects your specific situation, timeline, and values. It’s your plan, your priorities, and your peace.
You don’t need to figure this out alone, and you don’t need to have all the answers before we start. We’ll meet you wherever you are and help you build a plan that makes sense for your life.

Getting to Know You
We start by getting to know you really well. Through a comprehensive values exercise, we’ll dig deep into what drives your financial decisions and what you want your money to accomplish. Understanding your relationship with money and setting meaningful goals will give us the foundation for everything else that follows.
We arrange your financial planning for professionals into focused areas, giving each one the dedicated attention it deserves, as we go through the process.
Comprehensive or focused—choose the support you need.
Not every person needs every service at every stage of their financial journey. You may need to put equal focus on all areas, or in-depth guidance on specific strategies like retirement planning or tax strategy. We customize your plan to match your goals and current situation while keeping a structured approach. It’s care that’s personal.
How It Works
We believe peace of mind starts with a clear financial plan. Throughout the process, we meet you where you are. You deserve to understand your options, ask the big & small questions, and move forward feeling empowered with your wealth.
01 | Discovery & Get Organized
We listen first, plan second. The first meeting is to get to know you better. We take time to understand your values, priorities, and what keeps you up at night so that your money is aligned with what’s important to you, not someone else’s template.
This phase is also when you’ll provide important documents and information that we’ll need during our financial planning process. You’ll get clear instructions on how to do that during an (optional) get-organized meeting.
02 | Focused Planning Sessions
Instead of overwhelming you with everything at once, we break your financial plan into separate dedicated meetings for different planning areas. Together, we’ll go over your cash flow, retirement, investments, tax planning, insurance, and estate planning with enough time between sessions for you to implement what we’ve discussed.
03 | Implementation & Follow-Up
We implement your plan as we go along, so you have real-time support instead of being handed a list of action items to tackle on your own later. After we complete all areas, we schedule a 30-day check-in to make sure that everything is on track.
We also offer ongoing financial planning services, with or without asset management, as well as periodic updates to our clients. If there’s anything that comes up, such as a new tax bill or unexpected life events, we’re here for you.
You may be wondering…
What Does Fee-Only Fiduciary Mean?
Many financial advisors earn money by selling investments, insurance, and other products, which can create conflicts of interest. When your advisor’s paycheck depends on what they sell you, how can you be sure their advice is truly objective?
As a fee-only fiduciary, WealthPeace® is only compensated through the fees our clients pay for our services.
We don’t get commissions, referral fees, or kickbacks from financial products or third-parties. Every recommendation we make is based solely on what’s best for your financial situation, not what generates revenue for us.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have enough assets to work with you?
Financial planning isn’t just for people who already have significant wealth. It’s for anyone who wants to build it. If you’re a high earner with minimal savings, we’ll work with you. If you’re already well on your way to retirement, we’ll work with you, too.
WealthPeace has no minimum income or net worth requirements. Financial freedom is for everyone, and the best way to find out if we’re a good fit is to get in touch.
How long does the initial financial planning process take?
The full process typically takes 8-10 months from our initial conversation to your 30-day follow-up. The core planning sessions span 4-6 months, during which we implement strategies as we go along. We don’t wait until the end. You’ll make progress on your financial goals throughout the process, not just learn about things you should be doing.
How much does financial planning cost?
Every client’s financial plan is unique, so we provide custom quotes. To give you an idea, the typical range is $12,000 – $25,000 for comprehensive planning, with payment options available.
Is your financial planning virtual or in person?
Most of our clients work with us virtually from across the US. If you’re in the Bay Area and prefer meeting in person, we’re happy to accommodate that as well.
